For the first time I had to walk out of a classroom, with my charge, because of how out of control it was. If I have children, and if I'm still living in LA, I promise that they will not be attending an LAUSD school.

10 hours till birthday fun time.

Update: The autistic child I worked with just sang me happy birthday, gave me a big hug, and just said, "A new age has dawned."

Yes. A new age has dawned.
